Questa collana Mala di 108 grani, è realizzata interamente a mano con perle di legno di rosa di circa 6mm e inserimenti ornamentali. Il fiocco è di cotone rinforzato e contiene un Buddha pendente. Questa collana, seppur molto lineare, è ricca di simbolismo ed energia.
Il Mala è un oggetto molto importante per recitare i mantra e per la protezione della mente. Il Mala aiuta a ricordarci la natura pura della nostra essenza e, quindi, indossarli ci consente di connetterci con la nostra parte spirituale.
Un Sutra del IV secolo a.C. racconta la storia di un Re che cercò l’insegnamento del Buddha per sapere come poter condividere con il suo popolo la saggezza degli insegnamenti Buddisti, secondo il Sutra, il Buddha gli disse: “Re, se vuoi eliminare i desideri terreni e porre fine alla sofferenza, crea un filo circolare di 108 grani fatti con i semi dell’albero della Bhodi. Tienilo sempre con te. Recita “Namo Buddha – Namo Dharma – Namo Sangha”. Conta una perlina ad ogni ripetizione.”
