Il legno di Suar è la denominazione dell’albero della pioggia indiano, e si riferisce ad una zona dell’India in cui si trovano ampie coltivazioni. Questo legno conferisce all’oggetto una particolare bellezza tanto da renderlo apprezzabile anche come oggetto di arredamento.
I Buddha Zenonline, essendo prodotti artigianali e intagliati individualmente, possono variare leggermente in aspetto e colore.
LE MUDRA
“Mudra” in sanscrito significa ” gesto simbolico” e indica posizioni particolari delle mani. Le Mudra sono praticate durante la meditazione per ottenere dei benefici sul piano fisico, spirituale o energetico. Questi gesti permettono di ritrovare energia e benessere quando siano irrequieti, stressati e favoriscono il fluire nell’organismo di energia positiva. Una ricarica non solo mentale, ma anche fisica.
Ogni dito è caratteristico di un elemento. Il pollice è fuoco. L’indice è aria. Il dito medio è etere. La terra è l’anulare. Il mignolo è acqua. Per l’antica scienza dell’Ayurveda l’uomo è composto da questi 5 elementi.
Come succede nei piedi, le mani riflettono anche i vari punti del nostro corpo. Ecco perché le posizioni delle mani possono attivare le terminazioni nervose e sbloccare l’energia. Bastano tre minuti al giorno per bilanciare e armonizzare mente e corpo.
