Lo Zafu è un cuscino da meditazione con un design ergonomico che permette una postura corretta per un migliore allineamento della colonna vertebrale. Il cuscino, appoggiato al suo tappetino Zabuton, aiuta alla meditazione e favorisce la postura corretta.
Lo Zafu Zenonline è realizzato da un artigiano sulle indicazioni del Monastero ed è realizzato in fiocco di cotone al 100% e imbottito con fibra di Kapok di primissima qualità che lo rende indeformabile. Le classiche posture da meditazione:
Seduta in stile birmano (gambe incrociate e i lati di entrambi i piedi che poggiano sul pavimento)
Seduta in mezzo loto (piede sinistro posizionato sulla coscia destra e la gamba destra appoggiata a terra, sotto la gamba opposta)
Seduta in loto completo (la più stabile di tutte le posizioni (Padmasana) in cui ogni piede viene posizionato sulla coscia opposta
In ginocchio seiza (inginocchiata con le natiche appoggiate ai talloni e lo Zafu in mezzo alle cosce , Questa posizione si può eseguire anche con l’ausilio di una panca da meditazione)
