Description
Kit da Meditazione ZenOnline che comprende il cuscino Zafu, il tappetino Zabuton e il braccialetto Mala.
Ideati dai Monaci del Monastero Zen per la pratica dello Zazen e realizzati da un artigiano con componenti di primissima qualità. Questi oggetti tradizionali sono importanti per poter praticare correttamente la meditazione, in centri dedicati oppure a casa.
Il Cuscino Zafu nero dei Monaci Zen, è imbottito con fibra di Kapok di primissima qualità che lo rende indeformabile ed è rivestito in fiocco di cotone proveniente da coltivazioni biologiche con marchio Tradefair. Misura circa cm 18 x cm 35/40, pesa 1 kg., è sfoderabile e lavabile a 40°.
Il tappetino Zabuton è morbido, imbottito in falda di lana e rivestito in fodera di puro cotone, si può piegare e arrotolare, ed è fondamentale per l’appoggio dello Zafu, il cuscino da meditazione. E’ di colore nero e misura circa cm. 80×70. (essendo una lavorazione artigianale le misure possono variare leggermente)
Il Mala dei Monaci Zen in legno interamente realizzato a mano. Elastico e adatto a tutti, il Mala ZenOnline indossato nella quotidianità dà protezione e, se tenuto in mano, aiuta a concentrarsi e a calmare la mente.
Meditazione Zazen
Ormai sappiamo tutti che la meditazione è un’abitudine salutare che dovrebbe fare parte della vita di ognuno.
Come altre attività importanti per il nostro corpo e la nostra mente, la meditazione aiuta a mantenere uno stile di vita sano per il raggiungimento del benessere psicofisico.
La pratica regolare di consapevolezza attraverso la meditazione, è un trattamento efficace contro lo stress, la preoccupazione, la mancanza di concentrazione, i problemi di relazione, le dipendenze dai nostri pensieri ossessivi, l’incapacità di far fronte al cambiamento e altro ancora. Essa conduce alla pace della mente e del benessere, porta una maggiore attenzione e creatività, migliora i rapporti con le persone perché ci fa vedere la vita con una luce nuova e diversa.
Dove meditare?
A casa. E’ possibile creare un piccolo spazio nella nostra casa, dedicato alla pratica della meditazione. Scegliamo un luogo tranquillo, lontano dagli ambienti più rumorosi e allestiamolo con pochi oggetti che aiutano la spiritualità e il raccoglimento.
Gli oggetti di pratica più importanti sono lo Zafu e il tappetino Zabuton perchè aiutano a tenere una postura corretta, senza pesare troppo sulla colonna vertebrale e permettono di mantenere la schiena nella giusta posizione anche per lungo tempo. Per favorire la concentrazione si può accendere un bastoncino di incenso e focalizzare il nostro pensiero sulle vibrazioni di una campana tibetana permettendo così di guidare la nostra mente verso una calma mentale profonda.
Online. Un valido metodo, quando non è possibile raggiungere un luogo per la pratica di meditazione collettiva, è la meditazione online. Ormai queste pratiche iniziano a diffondersi anche nei centri più piccoli e in vari luoghi come, ad esempio, le palestre. Lì troverete insegnanti di certo preparati ma non Maestri, e spesso la pratica verrà unita ad esercizi yoga o ginnastica dolce.
Certamente il sostegno di un Maestro non potrà che aiutarvi in un cammino che però, vi avvisiamo, resta personale e individuale. Nessun insegnante può fare il lavoro al posto vostro, c’è un detto Zen che dice: ” Il Maestro apre la porta, ma sei tu che devi entrare”.Infine, non esiste un luogo solo dove possiamo praticare la meditazione. Ovunque è possibile. Occorre la volontà di addentrarsi nella parte più profonda di noi stessi per esplorare le possibilità della mente e pochi strumenti utili che facilitino la tecnica e ci guidino correttamente.
