Collana Mala tibetana composta da 108 perle di legno di sandalo di circa 8 mm cad.
Il Mala, o anche Japamala, è realizzato con filo di cotone elastico e può essere indossato come collana oppure arrotolato intorno al polso per un effetto benefico sul corpo.
Il Mala si utilizza come collana spirituale per favorire l’equilibrio e la consapevolezza e per mantenere la mente concentrata durante la meditazione, la ripetizione di un mantra o di una preghiera.
Dal punto di vista numerologico 108 significa che quando l’individuo (1) raggiunge lo stato di annullamento dell’ego (0), l’infinito (8) lo colma di energia e consapevolezza. Inoltre, la somma dei numeri fa 9 (così come per qualsiasi multiplo di 9): nove significa perfezione, compimento.
